After a successful debut show in WA @ The Indi Bar in July 2011 this band has created an enigma on the Perth Scene. 
The bands leader, "Lethal" Leigh Miller began The Lethals in Canberra back in 2007. Beginning life as a jazz fusion group, each member was hand picked by Lethal for their artistry and virtuosity, but also for their willingness to push the boundaries live through high energy performance and anything goes approach to improvisation. The band played many jazz & blues festivals on the east coast of Australia including Summer Rhythm Festival, Merrimubula Jazz Festival, Moruya Jazz Festival, Canberra International Music Festival, Canberra Multicultural Festival, and held down a residency at Canberra's Premier Live Music Venue, the "Hippo Bar" for 4 years. The band recorded a "Live @ Hippo Bar" CD, performed live on Artsound FM and was a regular feature on the Canberra Music Scene.

In September 2010 Lethal relocated to Perth to work with local legendary Blues Act "Vdelli." After a 2 month tour of Europe and many high profile gigs in WA including a residency at the Indi Bar in Scarborough & Bridgetown Blues Festival "Vdelli" the band decided to take an indefinite break. Lethal took this an opportunity to relaunch The Lethals on the West Coast. Having secured the services of Vdelli drummer and legend on the Perth Scene Ric Whittle, and a chance meeting with young guitar virtuoso Tane Tarrant the band was set. 

Our debut show @ the Indi Bar on July 22nd saw the band perform to a packed house and the night was a huge success. There was a lot of feedback around town following the gig both on the street and through electronic media with people saying "who the f*#k were those guys and where have they been hiding!!" The Indi bar was inundated with requests to get the band back so we have our follow up show on October 7th and then have a spot at the Bridgetown Blues Festival in November as well as being part of an exciting new venture with Dave Gilliam at the Perth Blues Club 

The band play High Energy Rock / Blues Fusion with an emphasis on creating a show that holds no bars. The band goes for it at every opportunity with an onstage chemistry and each members individual virtuosity that has to be seen to be believed. We put on a show that will blow your mind musically but will get you dancing and rocking out all night!
